Nominator's project description
| Professor Schonlau is one of the internationally best-known researchers at the interface of survey methodology and machine learning. He is one of the pioneers in the analysis of web surveys and, more recently, has made important contributions to the analysis of open-ended questions. During his stay in Germany, Professor Schonlau will explore how natural language processing tools can play a larger role in the practice of designing and analyzing surveys. |
