Expert reviews in the Georg Forster Research Award Programme
Nominations for a Georg Forster Research Award from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation must be accompanied by, among other things, references. If you would like to support an internationally recognised academic from a developing or transition country by writing an expert review, please follow the instructions below.

How to proceed
Your assessment of the nominee plays an important role in the review process.
Please write your expert review using the list of questions for expert reviews (PDF) and answer all the questions in detail, preferably in English (alternatively in German), and in the given order. Then please upload this document to a protected area; the nominating party will send you the corresponding link to this area in an email. Your statement will, of course, be treated as confidential.

Without your expert review, the application is incomplete and cannot be submitted. We therefore recommend that you upload your review as soon as possible after being notified by the nominating party.
