Nominator's project description
| Professor Baumeister is a world-leading expert in social psychology and well known internationally for his outstanding research on self-regulation. With his unorthodox and broad view on social phenomena he has shaped today's knowledge on topics such as self-presentation, self-esteem, suicide, binge eating, social exclusion, escaping the self and guilt. In Germany, Professor Baumeister will continue his research on self-regulation and will discuss his studies with experts from the National Education Panel. |
