Nominator's project description
Professor Ibrahim is a leading archaeologist in the field of Near Eastern Archaeology. He is the representative of Jordan to the UNESCO World Heritage Committee. Throughout his scientific career he has promoted, built and maintained German-Jordanian scientific collaboration and research. During his stay in Germany, Professor Ibrahim will continue to work on his publication "30 years of archaeological research in the Near East - findings and results" and give lectures on current research in Jordan and the surrounding area. |
