Nominator's project description
| Prof. Kremnitzer's work has a vital impact on the international human rights debate. Particularly, with regard to the controversy concerning global security, he has provided essential incentives and contributions for the solution of complex and highly disputed matters. One of his current research focuses is the interrelation of terrorism and democracy. In the course of his research visit at Freie Universität Berlin Prof. Kremnitzer intends to examine the contribution of comparative legal studies on International Criminal Law and reciprocally the impact of International Criminal Law on Comparative Law. |
