Nominator's project description
| Professor Jean-Marc Moura is an outstanding scholar in the field of international Comparative Literary Studies. He has given a thoroughly new orientation to traditional domains of research such us "mirage" and "image"-studies and integrated the French centered "Etudes Francophones" in the broader field of "Postcolonial Studies". His research project with Professor János Riesz, Bayreuth, combines the two main orientations of his research and aims at giving a better insight into "the image of the French language in colonial and postcolonial literature" |
