Nominator's project description
| Professor Field is a world-leading expert in the field of molecular spectroscopy. Through the invention and exploitation of advanced multiple-resonance methods, rigorous assignment diagnostics and statistical pattern-recognition tools he has become one of the great small-molecule spectroscopists of his generation. In Germany, he will collaborate on experiments in which his expertise in the preparation and interrogation of molecules in selected quantum states is decisive. |
