Nominator's project description
| The Humboldt Research Award is granted to Professor Kohn Schuller in recognition of his numerous research accomplishments in the field of metallic superlattices, which he initiated. His recent outstanding research achievements in the areas of transport, exchange coupling and proximity effects in magnetic nanostructures have stimulated the field of magnetoelectronics. This activity will be part of the intensive collaboration at the RWTH Aachen. |
