Prof. Chamseddine achievements are: Discovery of Ten-Dimensional Supergravity and its Yang-Mills couplings. Formulation of gravity mediated breaking of supersymmetry and establising the minimal supersymmetric standard model. Spectral action principle in noncommutative geometry and its application to physical models.
