Nominator's project description

Professor Menachem Magidor from the Hewbrew University of Jerusalem, Israel Professor Menachem Magidor is well known internationally for his outstanding work in mathematical logic and set theory. He has made important contributions to the theory of large cardinals and forcing. His work on cardinal arithmetic and forcing axioms is groundbraking. In Germany he will continue his research on the interplay of large cardinals, forcing axioms, and inner models of set theory. Professor Menachem Magidor is hosted by Professor Ralf Schindler at the University of Muenster.
