Nominator's project description
| In his academic work, Dr. Krzysztof Oplustil concentrates on the recent development of Polish Commercial and Company law. In his publications, he successfully combines his expertise in national law and the European dimension with Poland being a potential member of the European Union. Apart from several publications in Poland it is his dissertation on the protection of creditors in Poland and Germany, written in German, which proves his ability to combine and compare different legal systems. His current research project on the European Company Law and its implementation in Poland will be based on his outstanding experience in comparative and European law and will be of great interest to lawyers in Germany and other countries within the European Union. |
