Nominator's project description
| Professor Friedman is a visionary neuroscientist whose work has profoundly impacted our understanding of the blood-brain barrier and its role in neurological and psychiatric disorders following brain injuries. He intends to collaborate further on this with researchers in Berlin, Leipzig and Bonn. He will also continue the development of clinical applicable approaches for measuring brain vascular permeability in live mammals, including humans. |
