Nominator's project description
| Dr. Hwang is well known in asymptotic anlaysis for numerous expansions of parameters from the mathematical analysis of algorithms and related fields. The "Hwang quasi power theorem" allows to derive central limit theorems for general situations arising in generating function analysis. Recently, Dr. Hwang has also focused on the stability of random discrete structures and discovered multiple phase changes in random m-ary search trees. During his visit, he is going to investigate phase changes instructures of large size systematically. |
