Nominator's project description

Professor Perkins is an internationally leading theoretical Condensed Matter physicist. She has made important contributions to studies of strongly correlated electron systems and frustrated magnetism. Professor Perkins combines analytical and numerical calculations for material specific predictions and applications in quantum technology. During her stay in Germany, she intends to work on quantum spin liquids.
