Nominator's project description

Professor Beaud is one of the leading international theorists of constitutional law. He has made important contributions to the theory of the constitutional forms of political organization, especially state and federalism theory. His interdisciplinary approach originally combines constitutional theory, constitutional history and comparative constitutional law. During his stay in Germany, he intends to pursue his federalism studies by integrating imperial forms of political organization into his general theoretical framework.0
