| Professor Eyal Benvenisti is a leading international lawyer from Tel Aviv University. He has made generally recognized innovative contributions in fields such as transboundary resources law, the law on the use of force and human rights, as well as on the role of national courts for the implementation of international law. In his multidisciplinary approach he has developed ways to achieve or to preserve public goods through unexplored, and sometimes surprising paths. |
