Nominator's project description
| Professor Reisz is an internationally recognized leader in the study of the morphology, paleobiology, and interrelationships of late Paleozoic amphibians, reptiles, and non-mammalian synapsids from Europe, North America, and South Africa. He has also published important work on a diversity of other fossil vertebrates, ranging form Devonian lungfishes to Jurassic dinosaurs. His current research on dinosaur embryology and turtle origins forms the focus of his promising research and collaboration in Germany. |
