| .Professor Wing is one of the world-leading scientists in the area of electron-proton physics, heavy quark production and the analysis and theory of Quantum Chromodynamics. He has played a leading role in several large international collaborations in the field of accelerator physics including HERA and AWAKE collaborations, which are vital to studies at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. In Germany he will continue collaboration on particle physics activities. |
