Nominator's project description

Professor Maloney is well known internationally for his outstanding research in visual perception and sensorimotor coordination. He has made generally recognized innovative contributions to diverse fields such as color vision, cue integration and neuroeconomics. The trademark sign of Professor Maloney's research is the close combination of mathematical modeling and psychophysical experimentation. During his stay in Germany, he intends to work on the interplay between eye movements and visual perception.
