Nominator's project description
Professor Corma is one of the world's leading scientists in the field of heterogeneous catalysis. He is best known internationally for the development of novel microporous and mesoporous catalyst materials based on zeolites, and he has made highly recognized contributions to oil refining, acid and base catalysis, selective oxidation, and the synthesis of fine chemicals. During his stay in Germany, Professor Corma continues his research on zeolite catalysis, the synthesis and characterization of novel porous materials, and heterogeneous photocatalysis. |
