Doctor Kumarasinghamis an internationally recognised and outstanding researcher in constitutional studies. He has produced cutting-edge contributions that have originally shaped our understanding of constitutional legacies and history, especially over the post-colonial world. In Germany, in a joint project on global constitutional history, he is preparing a new book on “The Constitutional Decolonisation of the British Empire”. |
