Nominator's project description
| Professor Miller is one of the world’s leading foreign scholars of German law. His work has involved innovative contributions to the theory and methods of comparative law. Drawing on his expertise in German and American constitutional law, Professor Miller is a frequent advisor and consultant in Germany and the United States on matters implicating German-American relations. During his stay in Germany, he will further his studies to compose an English-language textbook that will introduce German law and legal culture to non-German students. |
