| In his research Professor Overkleeft commits expertise in synthetic organic chemistry to the design of reagents and new tools for biological studies of the cell. His research in immunology and glycobiology has led to the seminal contributions in the field of proteomics and antigen presentation as well as of glucosylceramide metabolism with potential for the future development of drugs. |
