Nominator's project description
| Professor Pakvasa is a leading international expert in the field of flavour physics and Charge Parity (CP) violation, areas of research which provide an important approach beyond the standard model of particle physics. Professor Pakvasa's contributions include both new seminal ideas as well as the initiation of crucial experiments and important theoretical research programmes. During his stay in Germany, Professor Pakvasa plans to enforce his research on neutrino and flavour physics, with particular regard to the topics of altered dispersion relations and model building with flavour symmetries. |
