Nominator's project description

Professor Benoist is a leading international expert in phenomenology, Kant, and early analytical philosophy with a particular emphasise on philosophy of language, epistemology, and metaphysics. His work is characterized by considering insights from the phenomenological tradition on contemporary issues concerning the relation between mind, world, language, and concepts. During his stay in Germany, he will focus on questions concerning intentional objects in the philosophy of language.
