Nominator's project description
| Professor Katz is an international authority in cryptography as well as in security community. He has made seminal contributions to security in distributed systems, public-key cryptography, authentication and key exchange protocols, functional encryption, hardware-based cryptography and foundations of cryptography. During his stay in Germany, he intends to further explore cutting-edge research questions on cryptographic foundations and security problems. |
