Nominator's project description
| Professor Diaconescu is a leading synthetic organometallic chemist. She has made significant contributions to the area of f-element chemistry. Her current research efforts focus on the design of reactive metal complexes with applications to small molecule activation, organic synthesis and polymer formation. During her stay in Germany, she intends to pursue the theoretical and spectroscopical understanding of redox-active systems relevant to the formation of block copolymers. |
