Nominator's project description

Professor Sirohi is internationally known for rotary-wing experimental aeromechanics, aircraft design for vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) and smart structures. His experimental work on single and coaxial rotors has revealed a unique data set on the performance and vibratory loads and serves as a data reference for researchers world-wide. In Germany, he will be working on the development and testing of a rotor test facility for dynamic stall measurements.
