Nominator's project description
| Professor Mojzsis is well known internationally for his research to understand the origin of life on earth. His studies are field-, laboratory- or modeling-based and include not only the oldest rocks on earth but also other planets of the solar systems, exoplanets and meteorites. During his stay in Germany, Professor Mojzsis will investigate strata related to meteorite impacts, analyze pyrite grains that yield clues to the early sulphur cycle on earth and conduct research about the earliest continents. |
