Nominator's project description
| Professor Puchner is an internationally recognized scholar of theatre, drama and comparative literature. He is especially known for his work on theatrical modernism and the interrelationships between theatre and philosophy. Professor Puchner has also had a major impact on the discipline of theatre and performance studies on an institutional level. In Germany, he will be focusing on a project that seeks to develop a global history of cultural production with particular focus on the performing arts. |
