Nominator's project description
| Professor Bindemann is a world-leading expert in stable isotope analysis of geological materials with highly notable discoveries in geochemistry, petrology, early Earth studies, and plate tectonics. He has developed novel analytical techniques and integrated a wide variety of results to enhance our understanding of how the Earth works. During his stay in Germany, Professor Bindemann intends to elaborate an approach to explain global mass balances of weathering and subduction processes. |
