Nominator's project description
| Professor Reardon is a pioneering voice in the social studies of the life sciences and one of very few social scientists addressing the profound societal questions raised by genomics and the development of precision medicine. Most widely known for her groundbreaking work on race, governance and genomics, Professor Reardon has attracted much interest from diverse disciplines with her recent work on post-genomic data interpretation and her focus on science and justice. During her stay in Germany, she intends to focus on practices of interpretation in the life sciences. |
