Nominator's project description
| Dr. Limic has made outstanding contributions in the area of probability theory with applications in the life and physical sciences. She is an internationally renowned expert in stochastic process theory. Her main contributions have been made in the area of exchangeable coalescent processes and reinforced random walks. In Germany she will work on stochastic models and processes describing interacting particle systems, complex stochastic structures and random graphs focusing on their asymptotic behavior. |
