Nominator's project description
| Professor Seeger is an internationally leading mathematician. He has made fundamental contributions to solving core mathematical challenges in harmonic analysis. The new methods and concepts devised by him have strongly influenced the development of modern harmonic analysis and related fields, such as wave phenomena, or integral geometry. During his stay in Germany, he will continue his related studies, which also include wave phenomena and time-frequency methods. |
