Nominator's project description

Professor Baca is an internationally recognized capacity in the materials chemistry of coordination compounds. She has spearheaded innovative studies on the structural complexity of coordination clusters at the borderline between molecules and networks, their magnetic functionalization and bioactivity, also leading to the identification of novel, environmentally safe crop protection agents. During her stay in Germany, she will explore the magnetic functionalization of coordination nanoclusters.
