Nominator's project description
| Professor Yang is well known internationally for her outstanding research on deformed optical microresonators and their applications such as novel kinds of sensors. She uses a profound knowledge of fundamental science and physical phenomena to tame light in complex microoptical systems to enable novel photonic applications. During her stay in Germany, she will continue this research. |
