Nominator's project description
| Professor Ohkoshi is an international authority in the research of phase transition materials. He has realized groundbreaking materials such as optical-switching magnets, high-performance magnetic oxides, high-frequency millimeter-wave absorbers, light-responsive metal oxides, and heat-storage ceramics. His discoveries and syntheses have made significant contributions to materials science. In Germany, he explores these functional materials and develops new industrial applications. |
