Nominator's project description

Professor Ginsborg is a philosopher with an outstanding international reputation both for her interpretations of Kant’s philosophy and for her work on contemporary philosophy of mind, language and art. During her stay in Germany, she will continue to explore the idea of a primitive form of normativity, which she finds in Kant’s aesthetic theory and use it to explain the development of linguistic, conceptual and reasoning capacities in children.
