Nominator's project description
| Professor Jarvenpaa is well known internationally for her studies in global information technology, group and organizational decision support systems and strategic use of information technology. Her research has not only furthered the understanding of ambivalent outcomes of digital technologies at the individual, collaborative, organizational and societal level, but has developed suggestions for improved designs. In Germany she will work on the social and ethical issues of algorithmization of work, research and health care. |
