Professor Kevin Daniels is internationally renowned for his research in the field of occupational psychology, with a focus on the study of stress and well-being in the workplace. His work aims to develop better practices and policies to promote health, well-being and safety at work, reaching up to the highest political levels. Particularly noteworthy is Daniels’ early research on teleworking and the diary method. In the What Works Centre for Wellbeing Daniels identified evidence of interventions to improve well-being. In Germany, he continues the research on work-related wellbeing with a particular focus on inequalities in wellbeing.
