Nominator's project description
| Professor Recanati is known internationally for his ground-breaking contributions at the intersection of the philosophy of language and mind. Through his research, he has developed an integrated approach to issues concerning the mind, language and perception which has made a decisive impact not only on philosophy but also on various neighbouring disciplines, including linguistics and cognitive science. During his stay in Germany, he will work on the ontology and semantics of non-existent and fictional objects. |
