Nominator's project description
Professor Sagade is an internationally renowned expert for electronics, with contributions ranging from experimental condensed matter physics, over micro-nano electronic device fabrication, charge transport in organic or inorganic nanowires, semiconductor device physics, to high-frequency electronics. In particular, he is known for novel approaches to deposit nanoelectronics on flexible substrates. In Germany, he will continue his research on interface engineering of organic semiconductor thin layers for the high-mobility charge transport and device applications. |
