| Professor Saideman is a globally renowned researcher in the area of international security policy and politics. He has made important contributions to the fields of ethnic conflict and civil-military relations and was able to make his research findings accessible to a wide audience though unique and innovative media communication. While in Germany, Professor Saideman will conduct research that aims at understanding the varying roles defence agencies have on defense policy decision-making, comparing the situation in Germany with 14 other democracies from across the world. |
