Nominator's project description

Professor Millard-Ball is well known internationally for his pioneering research in environmental planning and policy, which has advanced our understanding of urban sustainability and climate change mitigation significantly. His innovative approaches to studying high resolution data on urban form and transport patterns at the intersection of urban planning and environmental impact are widely recognized and respected. During his stay in Germany, he will further advance research at the intersection of sustainable urban transport planning and geospatial AI.
