Nominator's project description
| Professor Moehler is an internationally leading social contract theorist. He is a defender of what he coined as new social contract theory and is best known for his development of multilevel social contract theory. The theory offers a novel understanding of social contract theory that envisions a conceptually coherent, empirically sound and practically relevant social contract for the 21st century. During his stay in Germany, he will focus on exploring the institutional implications of his theory. |
