Nominator's project description
| Professor Schoefer is internationally recognized for his research in labor economics and macroeconomics. Using a variety of micro data from several countries, innovative identification strategies and economic modeling, he has obtained novel insights into the workings of labor market institutions. During his stay in Germany, he plans to focus on the determinants of youth unemployment and on the measurement of firms’ labor market power. |
