Nominator's project description
| Professor Cohen is a leading international chemist in the fields of inorganic, bioinorganic, and supramolecular chemistry. With his multidisciplinary approach he has developed ways to functionalize porous materials and polymers and has developed approaches to apply fragment-based drug discovery to the development of metalloenzyme inhibitors. In Germany, Professor Cohen focuses on the development of metal-organic frameworks, as well as on bioinorganic chemistry and science policy. |
