Nominator's project description

Professor Cuk is internationally well known for her outstanding research on ultrafast optical spectroscopy. She has made important contributions to elucidating electrocatalytic reaction mechanisms. Her research paves the way for storing energy from renewable sources into higher energy products, e.g. hydrogen, alcohols or fuels. During her stay in Germany, she will conduct research combining electron imaging with ultrafast spectroscopy.
