Professor Okon-Singer is internationally renowned for her cutting-edge research on cognition-emotion interactions. By combining interdisciplinary methods, she has made important contributions to advance the understanding of cognitive biases and their contribution to psychopathology thereby enabling groundbreaking possibilities for clinical practice. While in Germany, she is planning exciting new research with patients diagnosed with anxiety and depression, with the aim of improving clinical diagnosis and treatment options. |
