| Professor Ma is an international authority in computational condensed matter physics, driving our understanding of high-density matter. He developed a groundbreaking computational approach to efficiently predict crystal structures and based on this approach, has provided fundamental insights into structure-property relations of crystalline materials. In Germany, he will continue his research on the predictions of structures and structure-property relations at extreme conditions. |
